Issues for Player/ Account Verification

With effective from November 1, 2007, CiB Net Station Sdn Bhd (CiB) will verify against information provided by players in the PIF. This verification is necessary in order to ensure the validity of the information provided. CiB will not proceed with the request provided in the PIF if this verification failed. Players will have to come to CiB Head Office at the Summit, USJ personally to re-submit the request.

Issues for player reporting

Please be informed that any request for GM¡¦s service to handle problems or issues that happened or occurred for more than seven days from the date of reporting will not be entertained with immediate effect. From November 1, 2007, GM will only handle problems or issues that happened within seven days from the date of reporting

Issues for account punishment

Start from 1-11-2007, those accounts which detected use illegal tool, hacking, bug exploiting and etc will get some punishment.
